Lyubov Nikolchova
Lyubov Nikolchova is a solicitor in Dean Wilson's Personal Injury and Medical Negligence team. She qualified as a solicitor in May 2024, bringing with her nearly three years of hands-on experience working on complex and serious injury cases.
Before qualifying, Lyubov developed a strong foundation in some of the most challenging areas of personal injury law, including spinal cord injury, brain injury, and birth injury claims. She now runs a mixed caseload covering road traffic accidents, accidents at work, and medical negligence — as well as working alongside senior colleague Alex Brown on a number of birth injury cases involving mothers who have suffered PTSD as a result of negligent care during delivery.
As a native Bulgarian speaker, Lyubov is able to advise clients in Bulgarian throughout every stage of their matter, ensuring nothing is lost in translation and that you always feel fully informed and supported.
