The DW Knowledge Academy supports our workforce to have the tools they need to grow and advance. Training can involve formal classes, online modules, legal updates, management training, outsourced courses and mentorship or coaching. Whether it be new employees looking to launch their career or an experienced professional interested in continuous growth, there are opportunities for all.
We have a number of routes to qualify for those pursuing a career as a solicitor, we have annual trainee solicitor intakes, solicitor apprenticeship programmes and a comprehensive qualifying work experience pathway. Apprenticeships are also undertaken in support departments such as IT and business administration.
The Knowledge Academy offers annual work experience programmes for college and university students and a summer internship. We work in partnership with a local Brighton college to ensure we offer these opportunities to those wishing to pursue a career in law. We ensure it is a hands-on experience across a number of departments, allowing a broad understanding and experience of the business as a whole.
