Solicitor, Dispute Resolution

Mollie is a solicitor in the firm’s dispute resolution department, specialising in property litigation. She has experience with landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), and other property disputes such as dilapidations, boundary disputes and TOLATA 1996.  Mollie also has experience with enfranchisement.
