Paralegal, Court of Protection 

AREAS OF SPECIALISM

Alice is a Paralegal in the Court of Protection team. She previously worked within Private Client services, gaining experience in the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. This work introduced her to the complexities of assessing mental capacity and the various legal pathways available to support clients and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Post Graduate Diploma in Law
• Police Station Representative 
• Currently studying for the SQE
• Member of the professional deputies forum
