Personal injury and clinical negligence teams recognised in The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners

The Dean Wilson personal injury and clinical negligence teams are proud to announce that once again they have been highly recommended in both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Along with the teams’ overall success, Frances Pierce, Alex Brown and Ben Davey were individually recognised for their achievements. We are also very excited to announce that they have been nominated by the Legal 500 for ‘firm of the year’ and that Alex Brown has been nominated for ‘individual of the year’.

Personal injury team expertise recognised

Frances Pierce was recognised by the Legal 500 as a ‘leading individual’ and by Chambers and Partners as a ‘band 1’ lawyer. Sources described her as a “tenacious and shrewd tactician” who is “down-to-earth, personable and very kind-hearted, keeping clients at the centre of what she does.”

Alex Brown was considered a ‘star associate’ by Chambers and Partners who found him to be “thorough, committed and very efficient." with “wisdom beyond his years."

Ben Davey was highlighted by Chambers and Partners as an ‘Associate to watch’ with commentators noting that he is “hard-working, thorough and very good with clients."

Clinical negligence not forgotten about

The team has also had their expertise in Clinical negligence recognised with it being described as an “excellent regional firm” with an “efficient, reliable and supportive team” which “tackles the full range of clinical negligence work” and “punches above its weight.
