Aibhlinn assists our Corporate Commercial team, working on various aspects of corporate transactions, including company restructuring, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, and shareholders’ agreements. Some of Aibhlinn’s responsibilities include drafting legal ancillary documents, legal due diligence reports and carrying out research.

Aibhlinn graduated from the University of Oxford in 2024 with a BA in Jurisprudence.

  • Regularly assists one of the largest property agents in the UK to acquire letting and block management agents across the country.
  • Assists in the sale and purchase of estate agency businesses.  
  • Assists sellers and buyers of hospitality businesses.
