I am not a client of yours but can I swear an Oath / Statutory Declaration and what is the cost?

Yes, we can swear certain documents, including Statutory Declarations.

Statutory Declarations, or other items, cost £10 per document with an additional £5 per exhibit, which needs to be paid in cash on the day.

We do not take walk in enquiries. To book an appointment please either email enquiry@deanwilson.co.uk or telephone 01273 249200.

To book an appointment you will need to provide the following information:

• Your name
• A contact phone number and email address
• A copy of the document ahead of the appointment
• Time frame as to when you require an appointment

At the meeting, you will need to bring the following:

• ID
• The document or Statutory Declaration – completed in advance of the meeting
• Fee – please note we only take cash
