We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor (minimum 2 years’ PQE) to join our leading law firm based in Brighton & Hove. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our Dispute Resolution team and work with a high‑quality national client base.  Experience in property litigation and advocacy would be an advantage.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload and work closely with the partners within the team and with assistance from paralegals. The work will include:

• Managing intermediate and multi track claims
• Running a varied and interesting general property litigation caseload

• Good academics
• Proven experience with a busy caseload
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy diary and work methodically
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Confidence in liaising professionally with clients.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft word, excel, and Legal Case Management systems
