Dispute Resolution Department 

Salary: £25,000 

Are you looking to build on your legal experience in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our busy Dispute Resolution Department. You’ll work alongside experienced Senior Paralegals and Solicitors, managing a varied caseload and gaining exposure to property litigation, debt recovery, and general litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

These will include but not limited to:- 

• Managing new enquiries and setting up case files
• Conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
• Handling billing, invoicing, and financial administration
• Handling inbound calls from courts and defendants
• Managing a caseload of litigation matters under supervision
• Assisting in the preparation of trial bundles, witness statements, and hearing documentation
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management
• Maintaining and updating case files using the firm’s case management system

 About You

• Previous experience in Dispute Resolution is an advantage but not essential
• Committed to a career in law and eager to develop professionally
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Proactive, organised, and focused on delivering high-quality service
• Positive, adaptable, and keen to learn new skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
