Executive Personal Assistant

Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 DOE 

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Partners of our busy Litigation Team. This is a pivotal role ensuring the Managers can operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities while you handle day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks. Role can be either full-time or part-time for the right person. 

Key Responsibilities

These will include but not limited to:- 

  • Proactively manage the Managers’ diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence and reports.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling calls and emails with utmost discretion.
  • Handling all staff issues and key dates and reviews within the team
  • Attending meetings and ensuring action points are recorded and followed up
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records (electronic and paper).
  • Assist with complaints management and communications and preparation of management reports.
  • Support the Manager with team coordination, meeting agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure responses from internal stakeholders
  • Monitor performance statistics 

About You

  • Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant (legal or professional services background desirable).
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate initiative and resilience.
