Alex Brown Settles Laser Burn Negligence Claim

Alex Brown successfully argued for compensation or a client who was severely burned while undergoing a laser hair removal procedure. The Defendant was negligent in the fact they failed to properly skin test the area in question before carrying out the procedure which resulted in burns to the underarms which resulted in scaring, pigment damage and sensitivity that was causing ongoing pain 2 years later.

The defendant’s case rebutted

The Defendant sought to argue that the client failed to follow guidance post procedure which contributed to her injuries which was successfully rebutted by Alex and settled for thousands of pounds in compensation.
