  • Generous leave entitlement: a minimum of 25 days holiday per annum for full time employees, plus 8 bank holidays.  Part-time employees receive a pro rata amount of leave dependent upon the hours they work
  • Flexible working: many of our staff have variations of flexible working such as part time hours or varied start and finish times
  • Hybrid working: we operate a 40/60 rule with staff whose roles enable them to work from home, generally expected to work from the office for at least 40% of their contractual hours
  • Monday to Friday 9-5 working with an hour lunch break
