Dimitris has recently graduated from Sussex University, having studied Law with Mandarin. During Dimitris’ studies, he partook in various projects with international students based in China.
In Dimitris's role as a paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team, he assists fee-earners and Solicitors with all aspects of a sale, purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity and general administrative duties.
Dimitris is fluent in both English and Spanish, with some proficiency in Mandarin and Greek, enabling him to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
Megan is a paralegal within our Residential Conveyancing team. She assists in all aspects of conveyancing transactions, specialising in sales, purchases, reportages and transfers of equity.
Megan graduated from the University of Sussex in 2024, achieving first-class honours in her Law degree. Whilst at university, Megan was a part of the Performing Arts Legal Clinic and provided legal advice and guidance to a variety of charities in the arts industry.
Lily is one of our Trainee Solicitors who started with us in January 2025. Lily is currently in her first seat in our Commercial Property department and is very much looking forward to gaining exposure and experience in a broad range of practice areas during her two-year training contract, while delivering a high standard of work for her clients.
Laily graduated from Sussex University in 2024 after completing her Law with a business and management degree. While at university, Laily took part in the legal clinic providing legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters.

Beatrice has recently graduated from Sussex University after completing her Master of Laws. During Beatrice's master's, she conducted independent research for her dissertation, achieving a high grade of 84%.
In Beatrice's role, she assists fee-earners and Solicitors with all aspects of a sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity.
Beatrice loves going on dog walks in her spare time.
Beth has worked for Dean Wilson LLP for over 8 years and assists with plot sales, often off-plan.
Sara is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Department. Sara assists Scott Gair in a wide range of Commercial Property matters such as handling the initial onboarding for clients, undertaking legal research and preparing and negotiating legal documents.
Sara went to the University of Brighton from 2014 to 2017 doing Accounting & Finance. In 2023 Sara completed her Master of Laws (LLM) achieving a 2:2.
Victoria is an experienced solicitor specialising in Commercial Property and, prior to Dean Wilson, Victoria worked in the City.
Victoria has broad experience with acquisitions and disposals of commercial and mixed-use premises, acquisition and granting of commercial leases, asset management matters and secured lending/refinancing.
Victoria provides clear and commercially focussed advice tailored to each client and their needs.
David Barling is one of the Partners in the Property Department and has considerable experience in all types of Commercial Property Law.
David acts for a number of property investors and property companies on a wide scale and is used to dealing with very high value transactions. David also deals with mortgages and in particular, high value loan market association type mortgages.
