A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join our leading law firm located in Brighton and Hove.

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.

The role will be working within the very busy Dispute Resolution department and will be conducting Landlord and Tenant Possession matters in addition to supporting the Solicitors with General Litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

These will include but not limited to:-

• Taking new enquires
• Opening new files
• Drafting applicable notices to tenants
• Drafting claim forms and particulars of claims
• Drafting witness statements
• Preparing bundles for court
• Instructing bailiffs
• Billing and issuing invoices to clients
• liaising with Clients, Counsel, Court and Defendants.

For this role, it is important that the candidate has paralegal experience ideally within Property Litigation, Dispute Resolution, or Landlord and Tenant matters.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic, work well under pressure and be a good team player. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.
