Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

A fantastic opportunity has arisen without our Residential Conveyancing department. Our team is passionate about providing excellent service to clients and ensuring smooth property transactions. Due to growth, we are now looking to expand our team with a Junior Paralegal to support our experienced conveyancing professionals.

As a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing, you will provide essential support to the conveyancing team in handling a range of residential property transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property law and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Salary: £23,000 to £24,000 (Depending on experience)  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the experienced paralegals, conveyancing executives and solicitors within the team.
  • Sorting post for all fee earners in Residential Conveyancing
  • Conduct property searches and due diligence for transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to gather required information and documentation.
  • Organise and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of applications to HM Land Registry.
  • Provide general assistance with legal research and queries as needed.
  • Raising bills and invoices 

Some previous experience working within Residential Conveyancing would be great but is not essential, there will be full training in the role. The ideal candidate must be organised, committed to learn, well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of case management systems is advantageous. A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
