Dean Wilson LLP is a leading law firm specialising in Residential and Commercial Property law, Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Personal and Medical Injury, Corporate law, Private Client, Family law, and Employment Law. We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our office.
Salary: £23,750
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
Excellent communication, strong organisational skills and time-management abilities are essential for this role. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems, etc.).
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. A positive, proactive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
Knowledge of legal terminology or previous experience in a law firm is a plus but not required.
This role is for a full-time position with working hours of: 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. However, we may consider two part-timers commencing the following hours either 9 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday OR 1 pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
