We are currently looking for an NQ to 3 years PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our leading law firm located in Brighton and Hove working with our Commercial Property team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for running your own caseload and reporting to the partners in the team on a wider variety of commercial property transactions, including drafting/negotiating leases, acquisitions, refinances, and development. 

The ongoing training and support will be provided, together with the opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for the successful candidate. They will have the chance to expand their legal knowledge in this area and develop invaluable commercial property and development skills. 

You will have a good work ethic, be prepared to work as part of a busy team with enthusiasm and possess a sound working knowledge of the law together with strong IT skills.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, and enthusiastic, work well under pressure and be a good team player. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high-quality service at all times.
