Got Some Questions?

We’ve got you covered

In cases where the claimant is too young or incapacitated to claim for themselves, or in the severe case of a fatal accident, a parent or guardian can make a personal injury claim on behalf of a dependant.

As well as that, someone who was dependant on a loved one who has suffered a personal injury can claim for loss of dependency. See more personal injury FAQ’s here and find out how long it takes for a personal injury claim to settle.
