Yes, we run a drop-in service between 9am and 5pm although, to be safe, it is advisable to ring first. The charge is £5 per document and £2 each for exhibits.

Once we have analysed and ascertained your need, we will provide you with an estimate of the projected costs involved. We will keep your costs under review and update costs estimates regularly and as and when necessary.

Where possible we will agree a fixed fee for an initial meeting and you will be advised about this when making the appointment.

We are at Ridgeland House, 165 Dyke Road, Brighton, BN3 1TL. We are easily accessible by public transport and we are a five-minute walk from Brighton Train Station.

Whilst we have a very strong presence throughout Sussex, our clients come from all parts of England and Wales and from all corners of the globe. We have particular success in attracting clients from the London area for our specialist service at competitive rates.

You will need to bring two forms of ID in their original format – a passport or driving licence providing photographic evidence and a proof of address, i.e. a bill at your current address that is dated within the last three months. If you are unsure please speak to your solicitor. As we are in the regulated sector we are required to ‘know our client’ at the outset of a matter.

We will provide an estimate of costs if a fixed fee is not available. Generally, as with most solicitors, our fees are charged according to time spent.

You may also incur other costs such as Court Fees, Barrister Fees, Expert Fees or Search Fees – any such costs incurred by us on your behalf are referred to as disbursements. It is our policy to ask you to let us have a sum on account of our projected costs and disbursements.

Yes we do. If you are able to inform us in advance, we can make sure that arrangements are in place for your arrival. Our interview rooms and toilet facilities are all on the Ground Floor.

A great benefit of our new offices is that we are able to offer Parking for our clients. We operate a booking system and, if not already organised for you please telephone Reception to secure your space – 01273 249220.

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). Out of hours meetings can be accommodated by direct arrangement with your solicitor when necessary.
