Brighton Firm Agrees Deal with Longstanding Sussex Personal Injury Firm

Dean Wilson Solicitors LLP - who have been servicing clients in the Brighton and South East for over 100 years - have today announced a deal that will see them incorporating the longstanding specialist personal injury firm, Elsbys Solicitors.

Elsbys Solicitors, based in Hailsham and run by Sam Elsby since 2003, have forged a reputation as a regional leader in personal injury and clinical negligence. The deal will see Elsbys Solicitors retain a Hailsham presence, but move their principle operations to Dean Wilson’s premises in Brighton.

Sam Elsby said of the move “I have known a number of the Dean Wilson team members for many years, and think that this is the prefect ‘fit’ for my firm’s existing clients. I am so pleased that we can formally announce this today. I am also delighted that my colleague Katie Tizzard will be joining Dean Wilson as well”

The arrangement sees a continuation of Dean Wilson Solicitors’ expansion in the personal injury and clinical negligence market. In 2016 the firm acquired the highly rated team from Rix & Kay Solicitors LLP. Recommended in both the Legal 500 and Chambers, the team have brought deep and specialist expertise to the way that Dean Wilson is able to act for clients who have suffered life changing injuries.
