A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary in our Private Client department.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage the day to day needs and expectations of a busy department. You will need to be highly organised, posses good accuracy, numeracy and I.T. skills together with a working knowledge of work, excel, and Legal Case Management systems. Knowledge of Proclaim would be ideal but not essential, as training will be given. A minimum typing speed of 65 wpm is required.
The role will include diary management and planning, opening files/maintaining client database, audio typing via digital dictation, knowledge of online resources, dealing with emails, acting as first point of contact for clients (taking messages and calls), organising meetings, dealing with post and ensuring all risk assessments and compliance procedures are dealt with.
This is a full time post working Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
