Business
Both our commercial and our property teams offer specialist debt recovery services, working efficiently to recover owed monies in a cost-effective way. We also have experience in asset tracing the speedy recovery of commercial debts, as well as property and service charge debt collection.
We can advise on the most effective means of recovery, with an eye on enforcement. Members of our team regularly represent clients in the County Courts and Tribunals but, whenever possible, we strive to recover debts without having to resort to the Court process.
